Leaping AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Dover, Delaware.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. These Terms do not establish an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between you and Leaping AI. Leaping AI may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leaping AI regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of any changes to these Terms.

20. Indemnification

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leaping AI from and against any and all fines, claims, damages, liabilities, losses, investigations, inquiries, costs, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and court costs) that arise out of or result from any allegation that your use of the Service violates applicable federal and state laws regarding telemarketing, robocalls, and telephone solicitation.
